   Honorable Senators and Congressmen and Representatives,

             I have been asking for help with my case at the Portsmouth Naval

Shipyard for almost two years now. Now they want to shoot me down on Federal

Workmen's Comp.I have sent doctors letters, evidence, tests and everything

available and at the hearing all the lady went on was that I had hayfever for 15

years and used to smoke. That does not cause me to have asthma anywhere near

mold, including old buildings, the ground, humid weather and anyplace I dont

clean well enough. It does not cause me to wear a mask. It does not cause me to

live homebound with aircleaners.It doesn't make me bedbound when it gets into

my joints. It doesn't cause me yeast infections in my throat.

              Why no help in intervening with Workmen's Comp? Why does the

Portsmouth Naval Shipyard get away with hiding a report that said how dangerous

this basement was. Why no repercussions for that and forcing me to retire on

400 a month.?????????????

               Why was I the guinea pig they wanted to get rid of? I was a

GS9 Technical Information Specialist for 16 years. Why no help? Why does the

Federal government get to do whatever it wants to do whether it is right or

wrong?

                I would really like some answers. The only one who wants to

help is an aide to Senator Conyers in Michuigan pushing tthe Toxic Mold Bill.

And Office asked a couple questions of workman's comp? Why is a

US citizen allowed to be railroaded for getting sick when a report a year

earlier would have saved that? Why was I not allowed to work at home ? They

moved

me a few places there. All moldy and water leaks. I left one place ion an

ambulance. That was the place they put me when they knew the climate control

didn't

work because they wanted to save money and not have it done right. Why was it

allowed for people to go into the basement with respirators and hazmat suits

to clean but I was not allowed the DIGNITY of being taken care of because it

made me sick? On a good day I can go outside, and thats about it.

             WHY???  WHY??? WHY????
