down almost 30 lbs. posted a new pic to show the difference in my

face.. it's under a in AK. I am eating mostly meals of scrambled

eggs and sautéed veggies with turkey keilbasa. I tried a sip of coke (

i know pop is bad but it was a test) the other day and it was so

sugary gross. I used to drink 2 of those a day. Right now not much

trouble not overeating but I'm sure that eventually I will get very

hungry again. I worry about that day. When do you know you need a

fill? I would do it all over again at this point. I get food stuck

quite a bit and it has to come up but it is mostly meat and the times

i try a bite of bread. so it's a small price to pay.- a

a,

Congratuations on your success.

You look great in the new picture and it is a huge difference from the pre-surgery a.

The answer to your question according to Dr. Aceves is "you'll know when it is time for a fill".

He told me to pay attention to my body and it will tell me but not before 6 weeks post-op.

I scheduled a fill when I began to feel hungry again and the weight loss slowed down quite a bit.

Good luck and keep up the good work.a
