Guest guest
I'm sorry that happened to you Kim. I hope you reported him the instant he hung up. It takes ten minutes or less to fill out a report with the state bar in the city this happened. What he did is so unethical he could be disbarred or at the very least, seriously sanctioned. Don't let him get away with it, even if it happened at while back. State Bars take this stuff very seriously. And if you let him get away with it, he's only going to hurt someone else and none of us wants that! And the good news is that once you report him, you can let it go. It must be horrible to have to carry that anger and pain around by being so brutalized by such a creep you sought to protect you after being so hurt by your landlord whether they deliberately let you get sick or not. I hope you got a good attorney. And on the bright side, if that guy does rep your landlord....your landlord has a fool for an attorney, lol! And since he knows your case, he does have a conflict and you can get him thrown off the case. That'll cost your landlord, eh? : ) So there just might be some kind of justice outta all this mess yet! : ) Best--Jaybird ----- Original Message ----- From: Kim <mailto:kim@...> <mailto: > Sent: Thursday, December 16, 2004 6:48 AM Subject: [] Re: Trying to keep up. Speaking of lawyers, when I first figured out what was making me sick, I contacted a lawyer and he asked me the entire story, including details like the address, building manager name, etc., then when he finished asking me a gazillion questions, he told me that he only takes defense cases and he would defend my building manager but not help me and hung up the phone! I bet he contacted the building manager and gave him a heads up.
