Now they want to know what their managment company is going to do about it. The Wayside Court apartment complex is rundown. The tenants complain about their mold-infested apartments, and that's just the beginning. The apartments have light fixtures hanging off the wall and leaking ceilings. has lived in the complex for seven years and said she complained about the problems to the landlord, TCA Management. Shortly after her complaints, she said she received an eviction notice. " It's a bad situation, " said. " It's become a real problem. " News 5 tried to contact the management company to discuss the issue. A representative from the company said the problem is being addressed. They said a contractor was hired to assess the problem and someone will attend to the problem. Residents said there are only five apartments currently occupied.
