Each night in northern Uganda, an estimated 40,000 children commute from their villages into the "city" to escape the Lord's Resistance Army, a rebel group who, for 20 years, has been brutally abducting children and forcing them to become child soldiers, perpetuating "the world's most neglected humanitarian crisis."
