Ken,

That is unbelievable. Did the bank sell it to someone else and now the

realtor is reselling home? Aren't there any laws about revealing mold problems

now

in MA?

Seems the town took over the home. We refused to continue to pay the

taxes. I took Virginia and kids out. When I returned the home had

been broken into it.

The septic was a deal with the bank and town. They needed to hide

everything. It was a town employee that told me of the unlicensed

plumber. Another plumber gave me the info how the guy had his license

taken away by the state.

We were never served with eviction or entry papers as the State Law

requires. Told the AG and they never did a thing.
