Dear Colleagues:

The Global AIDS Alliance (GAA) cordially invites you to attend a " Partners Consultation "

that will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2001 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon. The

purpose of this meeting is to:

1. Brief and get feedback from partners regarding the Global AIDS Alliance governance

and structure;

2. Brief and get feedback from partners regarding the Stop Global AIDS Campaign

activities, including the an update on the push for $ 1 billion in emergency funds for

the Global Fund;

3. Brief and get feedback from partners regarding the What's Going On Action Plan

that is being implemented in partnership with Artists Against AIDS Worldwide, GAA,

the Hope for African Children Initiative, and the Africa Alive! Youth AIDS Initiative;

4. Any other business.

This " Partners Consultation " will be held in the offices of:
