Guest guest
I'am back home, things contaminated from the apt. are coming back home with me. I don't really have much of a choice to not sleep on the toxicated sofa bed, unless an allergist comes over and explains the situation to the parents that this problem is real, or unless they read the information themselves, which they don't. When I'am coughing from my lower lungs, they're like " here, take Robittusion " That's ain't going to help rid of the dust, moulds and PCB's I've been breathing in. I talked to a Metaphysician in Toronto (one of 3 or 4), she suggested to breathe in Rosemary Oil, by putting 1 tsp. of Rosemary in a bit of water, boil and breathe in with a towel above your head. Do this twice a day, for two weeks. The smell is good, and you won't believe what will come out of your lungs. (Every day, use a fresh tsp. of Rosemary herb and water (a bit). I've tried it one day, and it does help! But I have the sofa/bed couch downstairs (my new bed) that was in the apt. for two weeks. I threw peppermint oil all over it, my parents actually want me to keep my pillows and blankets inside the sofa, very very smart....I've already got the pillows in the garbage, the smell made me puke! So I've got to get a new couch/bed as soon as I'am working, but they just really don't seem to get it, not unless the regular doctors inform them, which they know nothing about, and they won't read the information. So today my ribs hurt again, and I can't figure out why? I'am not sleeping on that bed until Monday if I really have to. Gotta go, Janice. _________________________________________________________________ Designer Mail isn't just fun to send, it's fun to receive.
