Guest guest
What part of the country do you live in? It matters because there are some very good doctors who understand this problem in various parts of the country. Also (and this is hard to swallow!) if you haven't gotten out of your house you should be making plans. There are some huge decisions to make to have a hope of getting well - or at the very least, better. Step one, though, is do whatever you have to do to get out of the environment that's causing the problem - be it your home, office, car - whatever. This is the right group. There are many resources here to provide you with things to consider and resources to help with the decisions you make. Where do you want to start? winslake --- In , " bubber_50 " <bubber_50@y...> wrote: > > > I just found this message board today and I just joined. Well, I went to a allergy doctor in La Crosse WI, as my allergies had made my life practically unlivable. At the testing, I became depressed from something, which I found out was mold. After I got back home, I was sick like I had the flu for days, which I later found out was more reaction to the , yes, mold. I was having similar symptoms as yours. Mine were sinusitis, asthma, sore throat due to sinus drainage, very bad PMS, no appetite for years, depression too. Also the GP I went to locally, said I was hypocondriacal, depressed, & anxious, offered me antidepressants, and sent me off to a psychologist. I don't know if you are also allergic, but you sound definitely toxic. I had mold in my house too, and am still trying to get rid of it. Maybe you can look for an environmental allergist or doctor. They seem to have knowledge in this area. Good luck to you! KC
