Guest guest
, Make sure you are having that left breast looked at and the infection taken care of...who are you seeing? ----- Original Message ----- From: michelle king Sent: Monday, August 25, 2003 4:40 PM Subject: Re: [ King] pathology report the diagnosis says: I'm only reading parts that I think sound like damage: Part 2 B Fibrocystic changes wih columnar cell chang C. .Fat Necrosis foreign body granulom (Silicone Granuloma) with crystelloid material within the histiocytes Part 3 A. fibroadipose Tissue with fat necrosis, birefrigerent material and foreign body giant cell reaction continues The specimen is received in three parts. Part 1 is received fresh labeled "right silicone implant" and consists of a partially deflated implant device, measuring 12.0cm in diameter. Its contents are yellow colored with some brown discoloration. The surface is sticky and has a defect measuring 0.5cm. No tissue is attached to the device. The specimen is to be stocked. Part 2 is labeled "Left silicone implant with capsule" and consists of an implant device with attached fibromembranous tissue measuring 10.0 cm in diameter. The surgace is sticky and has a 0.4 defect. Its contents are tan-brown. Representative sections of the fibromembranous tissue are submitted in cassette labeled 2A. Part3 is labeled "right capsule" and consists of a portion of fibromembranous tissue, measuring 9.5 x 6.5 x 2.8cm. It ranges in thickness from 0.1 up to 1.0cm. Representative sections are submitted in cassette labeled 3A. etc etc. At the very body I see in bold as part of the form ICD-9 Diagnosis Codes: (None Entered) This is where I think if it said ICD-9 code is 989.83 the code for silicone poisoning. No my doctor lies threw his teeth. I wonder if I can talk to the pathologist about entering a code? Yeah right. Please however, look this over and tell me if you see anything to support my claim. Love, I'm feeling a little afraid of what might happen to me. My left breast is infected right now.
