Follow your attorney's advice in getting this taken care of as soon as possible. You do not want your statute of limitations to run out. In some states it is two years, and in others it is three. It begins when you experience your first harm from implants. For most of us, that is really hard to pinpoint, but that is what the statute hinges on.
