Dear :and my sisters in

We Know the questions,answers(they give us)!Now we know the Truth!

I will not throw my implants away, I will not quit!I need A different

kind of ending! I am still holding on to love/truth/faith/these are

the most powerful tools that are not found in our Unjust system. We

can beat this by using the tools they dont use! America was founded

in God, In God We Trust! Only the light can put out the Dark.

I really am unable to say how this will help.I do know that I live in

California and on the Adjunct Study For Silicone Mentor Implants,

there is a secttion that mentions the Bill of Rights, for California

Patients. And it is probably the same in other states. I know that

the Protection of Human Subjects comes under Title 45, Part 46, In

the Code of Federal Regulations, which covers all states. I don't

know if you have silicone or saline! The silicone that was put in me

was part of a experimental study, that needed signatures especially

mine. I do not have mine out yet.,I will have it done Sept 16, 2003

with Dr Feng, Cleveland, Ohio. The silicone was banned in 1992, and

we could only get silicone by being part of this study. My ps sent me

the forms 16 months after the second surgery in 2001. If you had

silicone after 1992 it most likely is mentor, if you did not sign a

in-formed consent, The investigater(ps)is liable under Federal

Regulation and also State(california Bill of Rights,) This needs to

be directed to " The Code of Federal Regulations. " My ps was aware of

this and cut his own throat by sending me the consent forms after the

fact. If you had silicone after 1992, it was most likely Mentor, they

were the only ones that were approved by the FDA,and only for certain

individuals, where as nothing else would be possible, and the gain is

much better than the loss., with your consent. I have silicone in me

now for 14 years. I already had a broke set, these I think are also.

When having implants removed. Your not just removing the implants,

its the silicone in the body that needs to be detected.all parts of

the body, Head to Toe!, it doesn't stop, until it's removed. Alot of

women recover quickly some never do and some die, some don't get sick

(they may be sick, prefer Boobs over Life),Its important to make sure

where it has traveled. I believe that Dr. Feng does this. I will

continue writing FDA, congress, etc..It has to be a continues effort

to gain the respect as individuals. Our Rights have been violated and

it's a federal Code that was broke.If I loose everything I have I

will still be heard!I still believe in justice, the only thing is

that we have to insist on it. We need to get all the facts, What are

the Facts? I know some of you prefer to let this go and only

concentrate on getting well, for me I can't do this, The attorneys

are affraid they do not want to fight politics, big money They know

our rights are being violated. I am still working on the information

involving the Mentor adjunct study. I am sorry that this is so long,

I just keep sending to Our Group any progress or work that I am

working On. In actuality the IRB for this study is illegal under

federal codes,there are alot of violations. I am starting to get more

response from different agencies. I see that the Ps,and FDA, and

Mentor are all liable, not to mention Mammogram reports that were not

done correctly. Get your medical files, read you actual mammogram

reports.(not the ones that they send you inthe mail)you'l be quite

shocked.I could go on and on. What Year was yours? Are they Silicone

filled? Where do you live? This group is a wonderful place to get

resourse and to be kept informed, it does'nt stop here we must all

work together on this, when you have the opportunity to write the

Review Boards, Do It! For me It's not about just getting better, its

about being lied to. Maybe its the spark that started this, and I

want to keep it going until its a non stop fire out of control. just

like they did to us. I believe in God and that justice will be done.

I also believe that God uses his own to get this done. and the faith

and spirit in this group is powerful and moving we must not give in

to defeat!

P.S. I continue in the Power of prayer and Faith, where 1 or more are

gathered together in His name there He WILL BE. SO BE IT !!!
