Guest guest Posted January 11, 2008 Report Share Posted January 11, 2008 yes there was a story posted here about a young pregnant woman in upper NYstate that had diabedies and got a positive got put in jail and subsequently gave birth and the baby was taken from her custody ..I want to say that was 2005 Lorie and I responded to it Family courts are a very dangerous place as the color of law is abused and for the most part cases are closed to the public ..please be careful .you may contact me back channel for further info an the state of our family courts .........make sure you get reciepts because it is a common practice that they lie , ask for a different test like ETOH with more tests being done , also go into the files and get the advisory from SAHMSA about its use in drug courts present that . and be prepared for an argument .... --- ericpedersonacm <ericpedersonacm@...> wrote: > I recently had to submit a urine sample for the > Manhattan Family > Court.
