Guest guest
A few people have cc'd me a copy of their SAMHSA letters. Their format has been to tell a history of how they got into a monitoring program/situation (brief substance abuse history), the circumstances surrounding their positive EtG test(s), the consequences of their positive test(s), and the impact (financial and otherwise) that it has had on their life. Letters or emails can be addressed to: H.
