Guest guest
As far as I have been told and can determine, it would appear that they do not use the Option's that were only for EtG when people call in.......so it looks like since last year they have been avoiding the EtG test for the PA PHMP.......... > > Ok, > > I am sure that this question has been asked before, but I was > wondering if Pennsylvania's PMHP (VRP)currently uses the EtG test > (Firstlab is the testing company). Guest guest
In California BRN Diversion, there is no such thing as " appeal " because it's a voluntary program. All you could do is go to your DEC and say your piece, which they didn't want to hear; Your case manager would tell you " get all your info together, all your evidence, everything you ate or drank, bring it to DEC " ; once at DEC, the panel would tell you " this is not the forum for discussing ETG testing, talk to your case manager " .They simply did not care, they just wanted all the i's dotted and all the t's crossed; the main concern was that if they didn't punish you, they would be open to liability. > > > > > > Ok, > > > > > > I am sure that this question has been asked before, but I was > > > wondering if Pennsylvania's PMHP (VRP)currently uses the EtG test > > > (Firstlab is the testing company). Guest guest
Liz, why did probation pick you up so fast? Most of us have been waiting 2-3 years. Not that I'm complaining!!! > > > > > > Ok, > > > > > > I am sure that this question has been asked before, but I was > > > wondering if Pennsylvania's PMHP (VRP)currently uses the EtG test > > > (Firstlab is the testing company). Guest guest
same here- no opportunity or option to appeal. I also had time added to my " sentence " But I haven't had the etg option selection since this whole mess. Although it doesn't stop me from being beyond paranoid of what I touch, eat, or breath. Guest guest
Lorie, it would be impossible to say how much I admire you. If I were in your shoes, I'd be a truckdriver by now. No wait---they get tested!! A topless dancer? A teacher? Hmmmmm.... anyway, Lorie you are the most courageous person I know.Keep fighting the good fight. Somehow this will come to a close. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Keep the Faith~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Eva > > > > > > > > > > Ok, > > > > > > > > > > I am sure that this question has been asked > > before, but I was > > > > > wondering if Pennsylvania's PMHP (VRP)currently > > uses the EtG test > > > > > (Firstlab is the testing company). Guest guest
I REALLY hope you guys are right...but Robin, you know that advisory has been out for some time, right? I faxed it to the BRN myself when it came out. I also sent it with my file to the Dept. of Consumer Affairs Investigation.. Well,if the wheels of justice must grind excrutiatingly slowly, let us hope they also grind exceedingly fine In my heart, I feel you and Dr. Dan ARE correct..whenever I hear about more travails in California, especially from someone like Lorie, my heart sinks. However I still do try to take my own advice... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Keep The Faith~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Eva Before the end of the year etg will be taken off the market as a method of alcohol monitoring because of its frequent false positives in women and many legal actions will take place to make people whole. We are going to win this and the darkest hour is just before the dawn. Dr. Dan > > > Re: PHMP and EtG > > > > --------------------------------- > More new features than ever.
