Dr. Kumar gave absolutely untrue information to the very slim woman

who wanted very large implants. (your article below) He falsely stated that silicone is no longer used in implants ... whenin fact, EVERY breast implant, including those filled with saline(salt water) are encased in silicone.

Hundreds of thousands of women in the UK and the US have already had

serious complications from their implants, including, but not limitedto: painful scar tissue, serious infections, various auto-immunesymptoms, and loss of sensation. Govermental studies in the US revealed that most implants will breakover time requiring more surgery and complications. Dr. Kumar's "advice" sounded more like an ad from a Plastic Surgeonthan a sound medical cautionary stand.

I am thinking of having a boob job. I recently lost three stone and with the weight loss I lost the boobs too. I am being told now that I am too thin for 36D breasts. I am eight stone now, what is your opinion?

At eight stone you are pretty thin and probably have a very lean build.

Having the 36D may turn you into the lollipop shape, which I'm not sure you are hoping for.

Artificial breasts are breasts enhanced by implants. In the old days Silicone was used - now a more natural material is used.

Be careful with the size of implants you choose. Most women who choose the implant procedure want to be very much bigger. Make sure you keep the curves in relation to your build or you may end up looking like Barbie.

Decent private clinics offering this service have computers with image manipulation soft ware. Your picture can be taken digitally and you can be digitally enhanced to see what you look like before the real operation.

My Advice -It was the early 80s when some ludicrously enhanced breasts put the silly in silicone implants! My advice is not to go too big.
