I really don't think it would be a good idea to go into the office to

ask for your files. It might be wiser to call a couple of PS and ask

them (don't give your name)how long it would take to get files. I've

come across the problem where they would say it takes time because,

they photo copy your information and keep the original.Tell them that

you don't know if you'll be in town etc....Then call your PS, (don't

give your name)ask the same questions. Sometimes they will say 1 wk,

or 1hour, or, less. Know before you go there. If they tell you 1 wk,

wait until you pick out your PS (the one that you are TRUSTING)and

have him/her request it. If they say one hour, watch them most likely

they are messing with info. Hospitals usually one day or less,

Doctors,Ps, usually if there not busy 5/10 minutes just enough time

to get them and copy necessary information, ask to be there when they

copy them watch them bring someone with you. Bring a Man with you or

ask a police to go with you, sometimes they will go with you , They

like to feel that they helped a woman in distress, They don't have to

say anything it's just their pressence. Just tell the police that

they intimidate you , or what ever story works. Remember we no longer

play by the rules!!!!This is serious ,the files. Don't say any thing

to him ,from here on. I know this is long, I have had experience in

this file stuff, We can't change what happened to us . It's time to

play hard ball. We become smarter in getting what we NEED! Remember

they are lieing to us to POISON us, we must be cleaver! Teri,I just

got home. I haven't read all my e-mail, I had to tell you this.

Thanks for the encouraging words this morning, It brought a

smile/with tears. Keep Smiling, this is our Journey in life.I still

would not ever want to be someone else, I love me. It's such a small

price to pay, to receive so much. I feel so much kindness, love, and

that so many do not have.
