If you could post this asking anyone who lives in this area to help solve my problem I would be so very grateful.

I hope that you can help me. In 1978 I had a breast augmentation done at DR. FRANKELS office in Los Angeles Ca. I have no records due to a fire and my memory is limited. I have been trying to locate any records as to what manufacturer made them. I had an ultrasound done and they are leaking silicone and yes they are painful.I know that I need to have them removed

I live in Kalispell,Montana and resources here are limited

but I need to know who made them as I have no insurance and there is no where to go to here for any type of help.

So how can I locate my records, or find out what brand of implants they used in their office most often, anything at all would be of help.

Here is what I do know about DR. FRANKEL

He had a large very posh clinic in Los Angeles Ca. I think on either Wilshire Blvd. or Pico Blvd.He had been there for at least 5 years prior to my surgery, and opened another office in Orange County area after that.

The surgeon who performed my surgery was DR. D. SMITHDEAL M.D. he left DR. FRANKELS for his own practice one in Los Angeles then in Ventura.CA.DR. deal did retire in 1977 and his records have been destroyed.
