My doctor told me it was evidence of toxins coming out of my skin....I got it every time I fasted. I am not sure what yours is, but if you are detoxing, it could very well be evidence of toxins coming out of your skin. And in the breast area no less---quite telling, isn't it?

If it continues to bother you, you should have it checked out, but mine just went away after I broke my fast, and I didn't feel the need to have it examined.

Hi there. I had my explant 3 weeks ago and am very happy with the results. Yesterday I noticed a red rash around my right breast and on the top of my stomach area... I remembered seeing your photos where you had a rash from detox. Mine is not as concentrated - or as red - but still isolated to the chest region. Any ideas on what would cause this?
