Iggy is it possible your breathing difficulties are anxiety related?

Just asking because I felt like that too when I was sick but I think

for me anyhow it was def anxiety related, I got on some tranquilizers

because of it and it went away. I took a drug called colonazepam or

Klonopin and it helped me get through those tough times allot. It is

a drug that you need to use caution with though, as I had to withdraw

slowly from it. But for me, at that time, with my anxiety keeping me

up at night, panicky feelings, feelings of not being able to breath,

catch my breath, and restless leg syndrome, it was worth taking that

medication 2 or 3 times a day. I got off it after my explant.

I hope that you will find a solution without having to resort to

medication, but I still firmly believe(and I know not everyone agrees

with me on this issue) but I do believe that medication can be of

benefit to us when our symptoms are so hard to live with.

Hope this helps,

Hi Iggy,

it sounds like you may have a case of anxiety like I did, esp with

that restless leg syndrome, OOOH I hated that so much and I still had

it after explant for a bit too. I used to be so tired and want to lay

down to recover from my explant but my legs would just get all bouncy

and it about drove me nuts! It did get better though, I found that at

times I really had to push myself a bit more to get into exercising

etc to get out that nervous energy, which is so hard to do when you

don't feel well isn't it? IT SUCKS! but you may want to see about

some anti anxiety meds to even things out for you esp till your

surgery. I liked the clonopin because it did not make me spacey and

it was long lasting so I did not have to take allot of it. I did get

off it but I still do have some sleep issues. I have always been

somewhat of an insomniac and implants just seemed to make that worse

as well. I take ambien for sleep sometimes, it works great. I hate

taking allot of meds, but those two have helped me so I thought they

were worth mentioning.

As far as mycoplasms, not one Dr I have ever been to ever bothered to

test me for that, I don't know if I did have them. I have gotten

better so I would like to think no.

Take care

Hi Iggy,

Congratulations on scheduling your explant with Dr. Feng! You are very lucky to have the best doctor - that makes a huge difference. I am scheduled for explant in a week and will have the same size difference as you - going from a 36D back to a 36B (hopefully). It is nerve wrecking, but everything should go well.

Good luck!

God bless, Iggyps, its amazing how God works, I was all set up for my old PS to do it, and he just washed his hands of it and gave me all my money back, even my deposit. God is awesome...... Thanks PS I will not be getting a lift, I do not have that kind of money, I was a 36B and now a 36D, so well see........

Yes I did, Im sure Dr Feng will let you know if you really need one though. you may be able to get away without one, and look really good. Look at Crystals, God Bless her-her size is also comparable to ours , and did not get a lift. Good luck! julie

-Dear iggy

I am so glad to hear that you have scheduled with Dr. Feng. I am

sure you will be happy you did! Just keep hanging in there with your

routines to try to improve your health until you get those implants

out! But don't try to overdo it again and get back in a big herx!

Take care and I will keep you in my prayers
