Has anyone had a run-in with the itchy's.

It's been a problem since the second week and at time's can

drive me up the wall. This is something I experienced when I

first started on Celexa, but it went almost unnoticed and was

gone quickly. There's no rash or I'd be a little nervous and

itching (though not in an easy medical terms) is still listed as a

side affect of Lexapro. If anyone from the Celexa days dealt with

this and has any advice I would really appreciate it.

I'm not ready to stop taking Lexapro, since I know some of the

initial side affects can go away, I Hope. Many of the things that

bothered me on Celexa have gone away. I didn't realize how

much I lived out of a bottle of Advil while taking C, I had constant

terrible headaches. I was also hungry all the time, I gained 25

pounds while taking C. That constant hunger is gone.

Yes, I've had itching with both Celexa and Lexapro, though it's difficult to

distinguish between AD sides vs. winter dryness. I deal with it just by

staying hydrated and skin lotions.

Good luck.
