Xanax, Klonopin, Valium, Ativan

Hi guys,

I'm currently taking 1mg twice a day of Klonopin (along with 225mg of Effexor).

While it makes some difference, I still have significant anxiety which has led

to high levels of cortisol.

I stress over taking medications because of my fear of toxicity and my bias

towards natural eating/living.

1) What is the dosage range for Klonopin?

2) Can anyone recommend a different xxxxpam as a substitute that may offer

better results?
