Anyone have a local for explant or drains?

I am being explanted on Monday morning after having my smooth saline

implants in for 9 weeks. He is able to remove them through the

armpit, which is my initial surgery site.

I haven't had any medical problems, and Dr. Feng said I do not have

to have the capsule removed...so it should be pretty straightforward.

I am having taking a valium, and then they are doing a local...so I

will be awake.

Wondering if anyone has had a local only, and how was your

experience?

Also, has anyone had drains post explant...how was your experience

with those. He said that he will be using those on me, and has to

make two additional holes (small like a straw) he said I will get a

better result with the drains.
