Can someone tell me how to send for the Operation Report from implant

surgery? Will asking for the report make your PS suspicious or is it

common to ask for them?

Just tell your plastic surgeon you would like a copy of your operative report for your files. If they ask any more questions, just say you always keep your file current and want to just make sure you have a copy in there. If they start acting suspiciously, then you can be the one of the offensive and ask, is there a problem here? You're only asking for what is rightfully yours--it is your body!
