Any new class action suits in the works?

I was just wondering if there are any new class action suits going on

with the saline implants? If my problems turn out to be implant

related, I would like to see legislation passed that informs women

before implantation that autoimmune reactions are possible. I was

told only that saline is the " safe " implant.

I personally have felt that it is a lost battle against the manufacturers, but my husband is urging me to seek some legal counsel, even saying I should contact Brockovich!
