I've made a few changes to my routine since I suffered my slight setback at the end of June, and it seems that these few changes have done me alot of good. I've been feeling really, really great and all I can say is that I am so thankful! I have energy again, and no brain fog! Woo hoo! I feel so ready to go on my trip!

Here is what I've added to my routine:

5 mcg cytomel twice a day (am and pm along with my Armour) on empty stomach

BioPure protein powder in orange juice twice a day

Aloe Vera juice twice a day

Garlic as often as possible

Primal Defense probiotic three times a day on empty stomach

Eliminated sugars (only exception was juice for Biopure)

Eliminated most flour products

I've lost over 6 pounds in the last two weeks, so I am quite pleased, and that was even after I had no time to walk for an hour as usual in the mornings. I'll be picking that back up when I return from the Dominican Republic. Just wanted to share with you guys my good news, and it seems that whatever flare I had in June is gone. I feel like new again! , you and I were on the same wavelength again...I was going to post my picture, and then you posted yours! ha ha ha My 9 year old son took this pic of me Thursday morning.
