Guest guest
, you never tested positve for it, right? I have the infections, and know it is very dangerous to just deal with, after all I have looked into and read. I already had 2 auto immnue illnesses- full blown, and wasnt into waiting it out.You need to be very aggressive before more damage is done. Even Dr Merocla tries to do everything naturally- everything, but with mycoplasma infections-that is the only time he ignores that approach, and places you on long term low dosage presciption medicine. That is how dangerous it is to him. Usually very ill, supressed patients have it- aids, or cancer patients have it (seems like long term breast implanted women are too) so it is not common, but very dangerous. And it isnt like normal infections, where garlic or oregeno oil will kill it off completly, these measures may help, but according to Dr Nicolsen, because of its protective layer, it is very hard to break into the infection with only natural resouces to break it down. They are very smart, and very resistant. So resistant in fact, even some of the most powerful forms of antibioitcs are useless. Only a certain few are known to get into their barrier, and by the support of natural means like garlic, Primal Defense, oil of oregeno, decreased sugar intake, will help in the battle. I would have done everything naturally too, and let time take care of things, if I wouldnt have tested positive for this. Dr K. and Dr Mercola were very adamant about treatments right away. And I am glad I have, it has worked beautifully! I wish I could have been so lucky as to not to have this type of infection, as it is very tricky, and hard to find treatment. I am glad you are doing so well, you are working out again going gung ho, huh? Even with school? You go girl. I had to give working out a rest, per Dr Mercola, so I am doing every other day, with curves, and tapes.(Boring) How are you feeling? How are your feet too. Is that problem gone? It would be great to hear your improvements Keep it up >From: "naturalbeauty38" >Reply- > >Subject: Re: Please read Mikat, Dimonds, everyone I I feel so much better! >Date: Wed, 29 Oct 2003 02:00:18 -0000 > >Just want to add my own two cents for what it is worth. Guest guest
Thanks for the response. I agree never to take any medication unless absoutely necessary. So we are right there on that one. I did look into the side effects, as in high amounts, any medication cannot be good for you. Although, I am not worried about any of them, as I am on such a low dosage , so it really isn't an issue. I'm on 100mg three times per week. I don’t want you to take it that I am arguing with you either, I just wanted to state that I try to do everything natural, and want everyone to know that I didn’t just jump on antibiotic therapy. Before I will go on any type pf med-I made sure I tested positive for myco, and really looked into it. To me, myco is not to mess around with. I also had regular docs tell me not to worry about it, but I have lost faith in them from all my experiences. But that is great how far you have come, and any great story is inspirational! Um, Dr Mercola asked if I would let low on the workouts, and focus on detoxing more. As my live cell showed a lot of toxins. So I guess its hard for your body to work on such toxic overloads , when you are also pushing your metabolism. When you are that toxic, I guess you either let your body focus on cleansing and digestion, or working out. Not both too strenously. Its just too much of an overload. And although sweating is an excellent means of getting toxins out, he wants me to work out every other day, and daily to take hot baths in salts, and also walk. That was hard for me, but I will give it a try. I am so there with you , in the effects of working out on your immunity. But he said the best way to calm an auto immune illness is to rest some, and take it easy. Which I wasn’t doing. He also told me to let go on losing weight for a while, as my body is storing fat for a reason right now. I am eliminating so many toxins, and overloaded, that it is storing it in my fat. Which is a protective thing, so let it do its job. AS I get it all out, I will lose the weight properly. ( I guess its called toxic weight) If I lose too much now, I am releasing tons of toxins out of my fat and into my system with no where to go but to organs, and other places. And that could be more damaging. I just cant get it out fast enough. My tin, platnium, silicone, and some other metals are high. Arg! That ok though, one step at a time, ya know. I got rid of the yeast, and now I am on to toxins. One great thing today! Turns out my numbness in my feet and other symptoms I was having, where they were testing me for MS, was caused by being hyperthyroid! I was so high on labs, I have to go off thyroid for 3 days, and then start at a 1/3 of my dosage that I have been on forever Meaning, my thyroid is starting to function on it's own again, and doesn’t need such high replacement anymore. It is too much now, and I was on this amount for over 2 yrs! And now I only need a 1/3 of it. So I will be on .60, instead of 1.5. Which is great! I will also post about my thyroid antibodies to see if they are gone or lowered when I get the results. the disease they told me would never go away, is! My thyroid is coming back! So I am very excited! My goal 2 yrs ago was to explant, and focus on remission of my Hashimto's before having another baby. And it just may come true. I never was tested for Mycos , so I do not know if I had it or not. I realize that our treatments were different and i respect you for all you have done to get your health back. I mean we all have to follow our gut and our instincts and this is what I did. I do not think I had the mycos but if I did it must be gone cause I feel fine. My feet are about the only thing that still comes and goes, the plantar fascitis, but it is pretty well under control at this time. I am wearing orthotics to work out in, and yes, i am working out hard again, and feel way better for it too. I don't ever want you to think I am knocking your treatment methods, I realize you had the implants much longer than me, and had allot more issues going on I was lucky in a way that I got sick so soon as it caused me to get them out so soon ya know what I mean? But anyhow, I just share my story like you do, and what worked for me, because I do believe that for some of us it can work. I know that Dimonds never did any antibiotic therapy either and she was very ill and has gotten improvement as well, so maybe for some of us time is enough, time and other natural things. Again I am not against medication, but for my case I just did not feel that I needed it. I never really pursued too much more blood work after explant other than to check my hormones and ana and when all that became normal and I started feeling normal I just figured that I had removed the problem and that was enough. I am doing well right now, as well as ever, I work out hard about 5 days a week again, plus school 3 nights a week, plus working full time, so my plate is full, and I don't alway eat great, but I try, and I don't always sleep that great and do occasionally take ambien at night but hey, whatever works right.I care allot about you and all the other girls, I just don't happen to feel that the minocin is a drug that we all need to take. The side effects can be bad, so if it is not needed then I would not take it. But in your case it is obviously helping you and that is great. How come your Doc told you to cut back on working out?hugsCIn , "JOSEPH PALANCA" <juliejp61@m...> wrote:>

I wish it was easier to know, but for me it just was obvious that I was getting better without the meds so why do it ya know. That is good news about your thyroid, I hope that continues to kick in on its own that would be awesome. I never knew about the toxic fat storage thing that is really interesting. Guest guest
, That is really awesome to know that the tingling was thyroid related instead of something more serious like MS! I just read another article today about a lady who had the same thing happen. Did you see it? Here's the link: http://thyroid.about.com/gi/dynamic/offsite.htm?site=http://www.camdennewjournal.co.uk/archive/f231003%5F4.htm Her concern was hypothyroidism tho, not hyper, but at any rate, it is interesting that the thyroid plays such a huge role in our illness. I hope your antibodies continue to show improvements....I was bummed to know mine went up instead of down, but I am not giving up hope. I hope your dream comes true soon about having another baby...I'll be excited when you finally get to post that you are pregnant again! Guest guest
Thanks Patty, excellent site! Interesting. I know Shonoman talked about in the beginning of her book "Living W/ Auto Immnue Disease" that she has MS like symptoms for the longest time, and it all turned out to be thyroid. There she want into common signs that almost all auto immune illnesses portray. And that this info needs to be out there, for such scary issues. Guest guest
, I hope this will be some consolation to you....my first three children are all 6 years apart! And I can tell you it was a blessing in many ways. Sure the age difference created some problems because the older would get annoyed with the younger, but there is also a feeling of protection for the younger, and as they get older, there is a closeness that grows. It is really cool to see their relationships evolve. The greatest benefit I enjoyed is that I always had a built in babysitter! I have never had to hire a babysitter since having the youngest two kids, and it has been great! Guest guest
hey -I never thought of it that way! thanks a lot, that would be neat to have that protective thing going on. How sweet! And how nice to have little helpers! I bet you weren't insane at all! Ha Ha Thanks you, you gave me a great perspective. May I ask how old your kids are? And did you plan on having them that far apart? My mother swears by having some time between, my sisters and I are 4 yrs apart, and more. She said she had time to take in every baby moment, and every toddler smile, as she wasn’t running after another missing out. Each time she had a new baby, the next one would be going off/or at school. So she had that personal time with each of us in the early years at home alone with her. Like best buddies. Mommy and me! I need to focus on the other side of this too! Thanks a lot ! ----- Original Message ----- From: *~Patty~* Sent: Saturday, November 01, 2003 9:03 AM Subject: Re: Re: Please read Mikat, Dimonds, everyone I I feel so much better! , I hope this will be some consolation to you....my first three children are all 6 years apart! However I know that if it were Gods purpose, I would have had another child. And it wasn’t, and with good reason too. I was/am toxic! But some days, I watch Tyler (he's 3) and feel so bad for him, with no sibling, like all his friends have .He even asked me today, why he can't have a sister instead of our Dog, Ginger. (Aw!) I know there's plenty of time, and also positive reasons for having them farther apart- but still that yearning that goes on!
Guest guest
, My kids are 23, 17, 11 and 9. Only my 11 year old was planned, ha ha ha, I was always surprised to find out I was pregnant! But it sure was nice, ( like your mom said), to be able to focus on the baby years for each one and thoroughly enjoy them rather than chasing after toddlers with a baby in tow. My poor mom, she has us, bam, bam, bam, 3 girls in 3 years and I don't know how she did it.....all those diapers! Ugh! I really do feel that having them farther apart has been alot easier. The only disadvantage is not having the playmates close in age, but there always seemed to be friends around. , your family will arrive just as God has planned it for you, and I trust that you will all be very happy!
