Hi Dimonds,

I guess if I had to choose between the two myself, I would go with the oregano oil. I've used both, but I think the oregano oil has been more versatile, and is definitely potent, especially with candida. I think they are probably pretty comparable in price, too. That's just my 2 cents!

Diamonds, I have been on oil of oregeno, and find it works great, esp with instant relief for viruses and colds. And yeast too! But then I have heard great things about olive leaf. I get the liquid drops and do 10 drops per day in water, I feel like a pizza, but hey! I know they use it in hospitals located in poor countries instead of antibiotics, for money purposes and it works just as good, if not better in all studies, same with garlic. (I do these two) I think both olive leaf and oregeno do almost the same. Let me know

vitamin stores to no avail - maybe on line???

I bought mine at the local health food store, but it was behind the counter and I had to ask for it. It was in a vial. Otherwise, you can definitely buy it online. I have done a search before on it and found lots....maybe try one of these?

Hi Dimonds

I have used both and they both work very well. I herxed much more

to the olive leaf extract than to the oil of oregano. but everyone

is different. I tend to use the oil of oregano more because of that

and also because it supposedly can be used concurrently with

antibiotics. I really don't think you can go wrong with either

one. You could even take both. Just start out slow and with just

one to start so you will know if one of them is making you herx or

you just don't agree with it. It makes it easier to identify

problems that way. Make sure to drink plenty of water when taking

and also throughout the day. Good luck
