Need advice on removal procedures

Hi all,

It's been very helpful to read all the messages, as I am researching

for my explant. I have consulted 2 PS so far, and I need to discuss

with more. One PS suggested that I remove my implants but leave my

scar tissue inside, in order to keep the my breast shape intact. If I

removal all the scar tissue, there is a risk that my breasts will

deform. Both procedures are under sedative (not Gen. Anes.) and en

bloc.

Can someone share their experiences on leaving scar tissues in.
