Hi Dimonds,

It sounds like you are doing some eliminating of toxins, as evidenced by the boils...remember the skin is just another eliminative organ! It is showing up, so that is a good sign, as bothersome as those things are.

You are right, you do have to feel worse sometimes to feel better. It sucks, but when you come out on the other side, it feels so good! I hope you are feeling better! I think the oregano oil is great stuff.

I did some reading on the liver flushes and found a reference to the jaundice that you experienced....it sounds like you might have needed to do more, as a blocked bile duct can be the cause. You just need to keep on flushing!

I'll be doing my third in three weeks tomorrow. I'm getting used to them by now, even tho the epsom salts are gross! I have been feeling so good though, I don't want to stop.

Take care!

Hugs,

Patty

Hey patty, thank you for the herexing links! I am looking for the paper work that my detox man gave me about the symptoms to expect. And NOW it is all coming back to me why I was just sicker and sicker after explant, because I started detoxing hard before surgery, and detoxed hard after surgery.Everything was 100% natural. I do some alternatives now, as you know, BUT I am thinking of detoxing HARD and 100% again, But I am so scared of going backwards, even though it will adventually make me go foward healhwise(if that makes sense.LOL)I told you when I was taking the oil of oregano (too many drops/12 drops), how sick I got with pain, and more hair loss ect. Well now my face broke out(on 3drops a day), and have been feeling in my 'ok' zone(healthwise) for the last 10 days. So this is good. One thing I remember reading was that people do not stay on a healthy diet is because when they start eating healthy, they feel so sick, 'that they say well I felt better on my old junky diet'. I guess I have to keep remembering that!!!. Also I should pick up some distilled water. I remember that is all I drank for 9 months. Now all I drink is regular water, and herbal teas. You should be proud of yourself, as it takes such great disapline to do all this stuff !! :) Anyway I am babbling on...LOL May you be in good health always..peace dimonds68

That’s awesome Patty. You got me going...Do you feel a real urge to make it to the bathroom while doing the liver flush? Any gas or upset stomach? Like should I really be home all day? Wouldn’t want an accident!

Hi ,

You really need to do the liver flush on a day when you can be home and relaxing. Once you start taking the epsom salts, you will have sudden urges to go to the bathroom. It occurs in the evening, after you've taken them, and then again in the morning when you take the last two doses. I find the best time to do it is on weekends when I know I don't need to go anywhere. Actually, I do it Sunday night, with the flush finalizing on Monday morning. Mondays are office work days for me, but since I work at home in my office, it's pretty easy.

On the other hand, my husband barely notices the need to go at first when he takes the epsom salts. I guess it totally depends on your body, but I think it would be best to assume that once you take the epsom salts, you should be close to a bathroom. So, basically, you need to devote one evening and one morning to it.

I am doing my third flush at the moment. I will be taking my third dose of epsom salts here soon. I have never noticed any upset stomach or gas at all in my past flushes, however, last night in the middle of the night I felt a little nauseous. I feel good this morning though, and I know from past experience it just gets better from here!

Let me know how you do. good luck~

Hugs,

Patty

totally gross but there was stuff in there I had not eaten in moths,

like peas GROSS HUH?

I guess I did my share of detoxing even though now it seems like I

did not. Ha ha, how we forget once we get better!

ha ha ha, yup, it is pretty gross what comes out, but hey, it's worth it! (I really can't stand the epsom salts...they taste so bad and I have to mentally get over that each time I drink them. I plug my nose and use a straw. I am getting ready for my final dose, yuck!)
