I had my first panic attack at 20 2000 and I was put on Paxil for a year and gained 40lbs. Then I switched to celexa for a few years. I decided to wean off the meds in august then early december my attacks came back. My doctor put me back on celexa. I took it for 3 weeks and I was a zoombie and I had a panic attack while on it. My doctor then changed me to Lexapro 10 mg 3 days ago. The first day I took 5mg and yesterday and today I took the full 10mg. I feel so jittery, mild nausea, sleepy and bad insomnia. my doctor told me to take it in the morning. How long do these side effect last?
