Well if it improved your bloodwork so dramatically, I was getting ripped off..

It wasnt until I went on antibiotics after explant, a 60% almost all raw veggie eating plan, balanced my hormones, took the correct supplements, that I just started to see improvements on my blood work and on my body. I didnt have eyebrows, couldnt sweat, and exercising wasnt going to give it to me. Or kill off candida. Or make my periods every 28 days, instead of every 14 days for 10 days straight. I had so many issues, one thing wouldnt do it. I exercised this whole time, everyday.

My candida didnt go away until I went off sugars/grains and onto Primal Defense, Garlic and Oil of Oregeno. The eyebrows/sweating came back three months ago once I went on progesterone leveling out whacked out hormones. Same with the periods. They are now every 27 days for the 1st time in 2 years. The joint pain went away after treating my mycos with minocin. I know exercise helped me in some areas, like limiting joint pain, muscle stiffness, and relaxation, and I would never give up on it. But never depend soley on it. I wasnt even sweating to get the full benefits. I needed to address alot more.

I wish one thing did it for me, like it did for you, you were very lucky, but its not enough for me. I had those toxic bags for almost 9 years, and it def did a whammy on me. Perhaps some permanent. Who knows. All I know is I still have an auto immnue illness and wont settle for one thing when I'm not improving.I am glad you did improve though, and keep sharing your story, it needs to be told. All our different stories need to be told.

, I m not angry about anything. I think its great that working out has helped you and you have come so far! But man, when ot omes to the benefits of working out -my body wasnt catchin on to that program for years! He He Thats probably what you heard, was sarcasm at myself.

I felt like a used car that kept needing more repairs the further you looked into the engine! Ever have one of those? It was like one thing after another.

I am extremly happy for anybody that gets better, whether by trying a multitude of things,(and I love to hear about anything new) or just one thing. Any way it goes, its all about getting the best possible ending- health.

As I said, Keep up the great work and getting your story out there.
