Pam,

Congratulations, I am so happy for you. No I didn't get a lift. Mine was covered by my insurance so I dont even know how much mine was or if there were any other fees. I had my implants sent to Canada for Dr. Blais to examine them and I haven't received my report yet from him. A report from him can range from $250-and up. If you want to get in touch with him his number is 613-728-8688 and he will give you instructions.
