Hey all. Scince a women posted on immunesupport.com about her breast

implants and if they are making her sick, I have had a few women

email me to get this support groups link. I hope I told them

correctly!! There were some women on there saying implants are very

safe. I am glad to see that you all posted your stories on there

also. Thanks. I hope these women come here and we can help them.

Strange how there are so many of us 'floating around out there' with

no clue that it is the implants , including one of my hairdressers

who is in denial, and has salines. CAn someone post the correct link

here so I know I did it properly. thanks..peace to all. dimonds68

This forum is for anyone who has had saline breast implants for any length of time and has experienced problems related to the implants or the surgical procedure. You will find answers to your questions from those who have already endured the negative side effects, regarding symptoms of illness and other physical complications. The focus will be on measures to take to regain normalcy in your life, using primarily natural therapies which have been found to be effective and safe. If you have never had saline implants and are considering them, you may find this group instrumental in making your final decision. Symptoms include memory problems, muscle weakness, visual disturbances, joint pain, unusual fatigue, flu-like symptoms, brain fog, sleeplessness, nightsweats, heart palpitations, muscle twitching, cold hands and feet, painful feet, tingling and/or numbness in hands and feet, low body temperature, hair loss, swollen lymph nodes, stiffness in neck, skin rash, ice cold and/or crawly feelings, panic or anxiety attacks, and depression. Recent studies published in Epidemiology (2001), American Journal of Epidemiology (2001), Journal of Rheumatology (May 2001), and ls of Epidemiology (May 2001) show an increased risk of undifferentiated connective tissue disease, brain cancer, lung cancer and suicide associated with breast implants and other implanted medical devices. Check our files section for more studies.
