Guest guest
Rogene sorry to hear of your yeast problem. I had it bad for years also, and have it semi-under control right now. First, maybe your yeast has turned into a bacterial infection, which may need to be taken care of?? I know you are into alternatives, as well as myself,BUT I found that I cannot get the yeast under control without taking Diflucan. My GYN. gives me a 30 day supply. He also gave me flagyl for a bacteria infection(when after reading the side effects I did not take, because I am allergic to alot meds, and wind up in the hospital I bet the flagyl would knock the bacteria right out of my body !! So instead I tryed Metrogel(vaginally), one dose for 5 days, then I take the diflucan for one week, then I am USUALLY able to maintain the yeast problem for a while using my alternative stuff. And if I need to do so, I repeat this regime. So this is what I do..I take a great form of enzymes, probiotics, geranuium. I do my best not to eat sweets and carbs. I just started taking the oregano oil also. NOt sure how that is working yet though. So maybe your yeast has turned to bacteria? Something to look into. I just find that sometimes the Medicines help clear my problems up. Also I feel So much better on the Difulan !!! I posted a post a few days back that is titled...information on CFS/FMS, check it out. It is Dr. Teitelbums protacol for yeast/candida. He believes in 6 weeks of diflucan straight, plus the alternative stuff. Hope this helps you. If you would like me too, I will post the link again. Don't get discouraged!!! Peace and good health to you..xoxoxo dimonds68
