Patty, I dont realy experience it the way I did before going on progesterone. After explant it disminished somewhat, then after ridding alot of yeast it got better, but these last 3 months have been the best yet since being on progesterone (now for 6) It is barely noticable, but I do experience a little if I am up late at night. Wondering if my high cortisol pm test has anything to do with this, hmmmmm. I think it is a symptom. Or perhaps I am tired.

My siter in law had fibroymagia, and brain fog (And quite a bi**** at times ) and went on progesterone . She used to be a size 22, and now 9 months later, energetic, a size 16, Nice (most important to me!) and fibro free with no more muscle pain or needs for meds. It was really a miracle for her. And my neighbor Tammy has been on it for 2 months (very skeptical) and is off the pill for the 1st time in 15 years (as the pill helped lighten her very heavy period) and cannot believe that progesterone and evening primrose oil has helped her so much! She called me this mornig, and said it is her 4th day, and cant believe how normal her flow is, and no CRAMPS! So I see alot of healing in balancing these hormones. And just for me cutting on my thyroid by 1/3 already is amazing! I cant wait for the rest. (I still experience some small amounts of joint pain/stiffness in my hands, -about 10% now, where before explant I would say is was 85%, and blurry vision still, and sometimes anxiety )

Iam going to do a liver flush though becasue of toxins I saw on live cell, and from all the info you have sent. I cant wait. Did you feel very sick? Or weak? What did you do just read or watch movies while doing this all day? Love

You certainly present a very convincing case for the progesterone! I will make myself take it religiously next cycle. That's cool that you have been able to help so many women see its benefits. I've used it before, but never really noticed anything.

I have wondered about the cortisol too. I've read info about it and how bad it is--I've often wondered if my brain fog had something to do with my cortisol levels. I am stumped, really stumped as to why I still get this.

The liver flush wasn't bad at all. I did not feel sick or weak in the least. I fasted the whole day, rather than eating a light breakfast and lunch. I am pretty much used to fasting, and always feel better for it, so I preferred to do it that way. I was just looking forward to finally doing the liver flush. I had a normal Monday, mostly working in the office (my home office) all day while fasting, and then the next morning just took it easy while my body finished cleaning out. I did some reading, did a coffee enema afterwards for a grand finale finish, (I checked out curezone first to see if others had done it too, and they had) and then ended up running my kids around in the afternoon doing errands. That is when I started to feel tired again, but I still had to make dinner and take care of the house and do more office work, so I never really got to rest up. (Oh man, what I wouldn't give to have a day where I could sit around and read or watch movies all day! In my dreams!) I got a second wind though, and felt energized even at 10:30 last night.

Maybe I still suffer from brain fog because I have a stressful schedule? I don't know....

Today I am feeling a little tired, and my period finally started. I just ate 12 cloves of raw garlic, hoping for a little boost. (I'll have to be careful when my hubby walks in the door! I'd probably knock him over with my breath just saying "hi").

Let me know how you do on the flush!

Patty

patty, thanks for filling me in, and I will let you know when I do it! Another thing, you wont see full effects of progesterone cream, until you are on it for at least 4 to 5 cycles (month) that is usually what it takes to balance. (per Dr Lees' book) So in the beginning, many do not a huge difference. try it out! Love
