Just sharing my experience with you.....I did my liver flush last night and finished up this morning, and it was definitely worth it. My headache and fog are gone, (totally gone!), and I've been fighting that for the last few days. I actually feel renewed! I am surprised, because I was expecting to feel kind of sluggish this morning, as that was how I felt before after my last two flushes. It looked like there was only a few stones in there, nothing to get excited about, but the fact that I feel so good is reason enough to know it was very therapeutic for me. My husband also had the same good results. I am just so thankful to be feeling so good again. I'll be doing it again in 2 weeks. ( I'm so happy!) (Still waiting on my monthly cycle to begin, too....day 30 and counting....)

which liver flush did you do? did you take the epson salts one? If

so, how much did you use? I am afraid to take that kind of dose

which is alot more than recommended on the package as the maximum

dosage in 24 hr. Does it give you cramps, nausea or terrible

diarhea? Please let me know. thanks

Hi Kathy,

I did Hulda 's, which uses epsom salts, then the half a cup of olive oil and three quarters cup grapefruit juice mixed. The oil was easy to get down...it was the epsom salts that are almost impossible! In past flushes, (and also this one) I have used the liquid magnesium citrate as a substitute for the epsom salts, about 5 ounces per dose. At first the mag citrate is easier to get down, but by the third or fourth dose, you practically gag at the thought of it. My husband chose to use the epsom salts instead of the mag citrate, he got so sick of it. Both do the same thing, it is the magnesium that clears out the pathways. Epsom salts are magnesium sulfate. I wonder if you could use magnesium pills? Someone on curezone also discussed mag citrate powder....I am not sure what the effective dose of magnesium is. I'll have to check that out.

I myself did not get any cramps...the nausea is only there for me when thinking about taking the magnesium. It wasn't too bad though. And yes, the diarrhea is a part of the picture with all that stuff working its way out of you. Bowel movements become very urgent, and by the third dose of magnesium, it feels like you might be burning a new hole down there....(sorry!) I fixed it up with a little castor oil.

I feel the flush was very productive. I also wanted to point out that the coffee enemas act as a mild liver flush, so if you have had trouble with the coffee enema in the past, you might want to procede cautiously. I really believe that these therapies help to flush toxins out of our bodies very well, and are safe. I have never heard of anyone suffering terrible side effects from these, and indeed, have obviously benefited greatly (or there wouldn't be so much zeal about them.) However, again, procede cautiously if you have any concerns. Maybe ask some of the pros at curezone.com
