Guest guest
Kacey, Have you tried the coffee enemas? They are reputed to be very effective for eliminating pain, even allowing people to get off pain meds. It's funny that you ask this question, because I was just wondering how many of us are still in need of rheumatologists and such? I am wondering if I need to go ahead and start seeing mine again....or if I should just stick to the alternative anti-biotic treatment I've been on? Just wondering what to do now that I'm weening off of my well-known friend, Prednisone I'm worried that the pain will be more than Tylenol can bare. Are there any of you who have rheumatoid arthritis, have explanted, and are still seeing a rheumatologist as well as detoxing? Thanks so much,Kacey
Guest guest
Dear kacey If you are on the antibiotic protocol, I certainly would stick with it. After being a member of 2 ap sites for over 2 years, i feel very confident that ap therapy is much preferable over more commonly practiced therapy of most rheumatologists. Most people with RA find they have to take everincreasing pain meds and immune suppressants to live with the pain. Ap has put many people with RA in remission. Many who use AP also usse holistic methods such as diet, NAET, supplements, detox, rife machine etc. Standard rheumatology offers control at best. Some of these other methods offer a real chance of remission. Antibiotic protocol is very individualized. Some people will have a straight line to getting better. Others won't see ilmprovement for ayear or more. Some people never herx. One lady herxed for seven months straight and today is out of her wheelchair. There are rheumatologists as well as regular doctors and who prescribe ap. In the absence of being able to find a doctor who does this, htere are alternatives---natural antibiotics that kill mycoplasmas such as olive leaf, lauricidin, etc. Please do not buy into treatment that only consists of controlling pain and depressing the immune system. From what I can tell, that isn't a very viable way to go. take care and hang in there! kathy > Kacey, > Have you tried the coffee enemas?
