Hi ,

Ive been on celexa for about 2.5 months. Im super sensitive to drugs. The celexa at FIVE mgs has gotten rid of my anxiety however, I find that I am having terrible sadness now. I never had it before. I think my anxiety was masking depression. Panic attacks are gone. Everytime I try to up my celexa to 10 mgs. I get really tired and bad stomach troubles. Its also messed up my periods too. So I am going to try the lex next month, however, he wants me on the equivalent dosage of lex to celexa. They say that lex can be 4x's as strong as celexa so he wants me on .125 mgs. Thats a 5 mg pill that I take a quarter of. He says if I tolerate it I can take 2.5, then 5...etc...

Celexa gives me this tight feeling in my stomach like agitation plus empty stomach syndrome. Whenever I up it I have anxiety. Thanks for listening everyone. Suz

I had several things go wrong at the start but im glad to say im not looking back at all now. I hope and pray that you get the help you need either finanically or otherwise. can from this. There are few out there that have had it done that

come back to this sight and fewer still that are out there that

don't know about this sight. Thank you for taking the time to write

Hi Jan,

Thanks for offering to field our questions....How long ago did you have your 'ectomy? How old were you when you had it done? What did you have put in or moved, to replace it? Was it a gastric pullup? Were there any other body parts that were moved to become a part of your new "esophagus?" You sound like you are doing a lot better now. Was your recovery a long one? Thank you for your offering your help to the 'ectomy group.

Can you tell me what you mean by “man made”? I’m

sure it will be in my future to have further issues, so I would like to get as

Hi Tamara

I had almost all of mine removed and a man made one put in

to replace it. I had a few problems after but some of it was due to getting the

meds right after surgery. My phone line is always open to you and others who

need it for support.

HI Jan, I second all of s " ? " s so you wont have to repeat

them. I am dying to know what you mean by man made though. I am glad

you are doing so well. Thank you for allowing us all that are facing

this to bombard you with questions. I thought that the meds might

pose a problem but as long as they can work them out I will be ok

with that aswell. Talk to you soon

Yes, for sure!!  Did you know that Deep Discount is having a sale now.. and has a lot discounted firms now too :)

D

Since my back is bothering me, and I'm down, I may buy some new DVDs! :)  Voight has two new ones out - Ballet Body Sculpt and Full Body Stretch - filmed outdoors in Montana.  Nothing cheers you quite like a new DVD to look forward to.
