I'm not sure if this is what you mean by pitting or not, but for the past several months, I have had huge dents in some of my nails...looks like they are caving in or something.

I've not had pitting per se, but I have had some ridges, which are atttributed to thyroid disease. They are looking healthy now. I have read of indications that nail pitting can be caused by psoriasis, alopecia areata, and possibly connective tissue disease....an internet search will give clues. Just keep on heading toward detoxing and rebuilding healthy cells and things should clear up in time.
