I used Dr. Blais, and think very highly of him. Also, request that the explanting doctor NOT put them in a fixative as this kills the bacteria/fungi that may be present, and can make detecting the same more difficult. I wish you the best, you are on your way.

That can get a little more complicated, (ie. what state law applies, etc). Until we see what is going to happen here, you may want to consult with a lawyer (could even just call one, some might tell you for free) from your state just to make sure you do not miss any important deadlines that might apply to your case.
