Hi . I am the person who posted the notice. In many states, the key is when the defect was discovered, although some states have a statute of repose, which bars suit after a certain period of time regardless of when the defect was discovered. What state are you in, and when were they tested?

Well I am in Idaho now, but was in Ca when it all happened, I had my

explant in Ohio and the implants did not get sent to Dr Blaise till

probably a year ago or so.

getting explanted in Ohio in FEB,... and should I send the implants
