Guest guest
Hey there neena. I too had foot pain..BAD. I remember for the longest time, I could not stand to walk on my feet, and lived in slippers. I could remember in the summer time crying because I could not walk barefoot on the grass(one of my favorite things to do in the summer time!), because it hurt SO MUCH. I got rid of all my shoes !!! The would cry, and think, great now I need orthopedic shoes!! My family of course thought this was 'nuts'. Long story short neena, this is GONE. I don't know why or how it went, but I have not had that problem in over 1 yr and a half. This summer I was walking barefoot galore. Needless to say, I am wishing I did not get rid of those SHOES!! I am able to wear heals whenever I please now. Hang in there neena, all these symptoms are so crazy, that you just never know when they will go ! Although I am not well, I have improved emensely, and when I read a post like yours, I say, WOW, I remember when I had that. Hope this helps you. Hang in there girl. Thoughts and prayers to you...xooxoxo dimonds68 peace.
Guest guest
-Hi. I just wanted to add that I had severe hand and foot pain about 2 years ago. My fingers and toes hurt all the time and turned cold (possibly raynauds) and my feet felt like they were burning alot. I had pain when I walked like I was walking on glass. Now thatis pretty much gone. I also used to get red spots on my toes whenever my overall symptoms got worse! Never could figure that out! Now it only comes back if I am herxing really badly from killing off candida or mycos. Anyway, it is funny how you forget when the pain finally leaves. My hand pain progressed up my arms and I could not even watch a movie because I was so distracted by the pain. It was that bad! I even thought I had sympathetic reflex dystrophy which can be very painful and deabilitating. Oh, it also seemed that in addition to antibiotic therapy helping this--quite quickly too---sublingual vitamin b12 seemed to help. I know this sounds weird, but I really think alot of my hand and foot pain was tendons. I found that If I pressed really hard on the tendons in my arms, that my hands wouldn't hurt as much and my finger swelling went down. This seemed to be the case with my feet too. I would press really hard on the tendons going down the back of my calf and that would relieve temporarily the pain in my feet. Good luck with finding solutions to your problems kathy Hi. -- In , " dimonds68 " <XENA6881@a...> wrote: > Hey there neena. I too had foot pain..BAD.
