Guest guest
hey all. I love to use stevia, but I see the product I am using has inulin and chromium in it.Anyone know if this is ok to take if I am fighting yeast? I think that is a carbohydrate, and want to stay away from that. Can anyone out there reccomend a stevia product (company) that is pure stevia and free of yeast, aftificial colors, carbs, milk and perservatives. Thank you so much..xooxox peace dimonds68
Guest guest
Hi Dimonds, I haven't used stevia that much, as I went ahead with sucanat, or sugar cane natural, but I did buy some stevia liquid extract from the NOW company that says it is 100% pure concentrated extract of stevia. It is in a base of water and 18% alcohol. I got it at the local health food store. This is the only stevia I have ever used, and it comes out in little drops. A little goes a long way. Mostly I have used it in things like herbal teas. Don't know if this helps, but this is what I used.
