Guest guest
Dimonds you make a great point here about the psych. I went to one of those in Ca too, because I was not being treated appropriatly there for my insmonia issues as well. Though I believe that Iggy can probably get the sleep meds through a good Pain Dr as well, the Psych doc is not a bad idea either. Klonopin is a good medication as well, basically the Ambien, Xanax, Restoril etc are all in the same family of drugs, and they are all pretty effective for sleep. For me though I built up a tolerance to the Klon,Xanax, and the restoril, the ambien has been the one that has worked the best over the long haul. I tell ya, it sounds bad, but when you have this insomnia thing, it can really bring your health down, down the spiral and with the medication your able to sleep and it makes this HUGE difference in your health ya know! So alternatives are awesome, but again, sometimes we need a little more. The sleep meds I feel were instrumental in my healing.
