Guest guest
Hi everyone, I appreciate your encouragement. I get a sensation of warmth and numbness in my lips. Does anyone here get that? Also, I get pinkish flushing in my cheeks- a mild sunburn appearance. I also get pulsating sensations in my arms and hands. I suspect that it is a possible autoimmune reaction. I have an appointment with my Dr. tomorrow, wish me luck! God Bless! P.S. Kacey, if I can get proof that the implant is causing my trouble I will be sure to contact , -
Guest guest
Hi , Good luck at the doctor tomorrow! I'm sorry to hear about your symptoms. Weird things constantly happen or seem to pop up all of the time, especially when your implants are in. I also wanted to let you know that it is HARD to find a doctor who might even consider the possiblity that your symptoms are related to your implants. The first doctor to admit it was my explanting plastic surgeon, Dr. Melmed. The second doctor to admit was my osteopathic specialist Dr. Gonino(he performed a test called a Microscopy--which determined that I have systemic silicone poisoning....and I had saline implants)...and this is the doctor that is helping me to detox now that I've been explanted. I received the confirmation I needed (that my breast implants were responsible for rheumatoid arthritis, as well as tons of other random symptoms) when I found this website. I am 21 now, and was perfectly healthy before I was implanted...and now I'm filing for disability. And my symptoms fit perfectly with everyone here. At 21, I am not considered " older " by any means.....so age is NOT to blame for all of my symptoms. The first of my symptoms was a weird, sharp shooting pain in my arms. It began in the shoulder area and went downward gradually. The pain would last for 3-5 days....and would return randomly...usually in the OTHER arm. This is just one VERY typical symptom of breast implants, and it occured a few months after I was implanted. My rheumatologists would not hear of implants causing harm and neither would most of the medical community. I found that my biggest allies have been those I've found through this site. Best of luck tomorrow and let me know if I can help with anything, Kacey P.S. And feel free to email whenever you're ready Thanks! --- In , " draw4u2day " <draw4u2day@y...> wrote: > Hi everyone, > > I appreciate your encouragement. Guest guest
I never got the numbness part of the symptoms you are describing but I did get the sunburn feeling and that red flushing thing esp on my face, chest and neck. I also would get sun sensitivity, something I never had before, being a Ca girl my whole life and always with a tan. Anyhow all that weirdness went away after explant! The first thing i noticed was my chest was not red anymore, it drove me nuts. There I had this nice cleavage with implants, and I had to hide it because of the redness on my chest anyhow, it seemed totally ridiculous!
