Guest guest
Just to let everyone know, when I was being asked to do the MtV airing, and later declined to do (due to several personal reasons) One of the main reasons was that they were not going to include a doctors testimony (like Dr Kolb's, Dr Melmed's or Dr Blais- whoever ) as they wanted to stick with personal stories of women themselves only. I wanted a doctor to also validate the truths in the whole breast implant issue, as it gives us more backing. Well, I sent a lot of info on Dr Kolb, and her studies, newsletters, and protocol when I was talking back and forth with MTV. As well as how my surgery went. I guess they changed their minds....I just got off the phone with Dr Kolb, she finished interviewing for the show, and will be on I think in Feb, perhaps Kacey's show! Talking about the different diseases, studies and symptoms that saline are known to cause. I think its great, that one of our docs are speaking out, VALIDATING this whole issue-and am very happy about this, I just wanted to share this. Sad to say, a lot of ignorant (most) people don’t listen/believe personal stories made by women, (its in our heads) but when a doctor talks, they listen intently. To the whole issue, its seen in a different light. So this is going to be an awesome show and I couldn’t not talk about it. It is a great step for all of us! And thanks Kacey! you go! Guest guest
Hi and everyone! When MTV was filming me, they became extremely interested in the subject of saline breast implants causing sickness! They seemed almost even more enthusiastic about getting my issue out than I was I'm so excited that they interviewed Dr. Kolb! Also, I wanted to let everyone know that they filmed/interviewed Dr. Melmed and my entire explant surgery, as well as Dr. Gonino, the osteopathic specialist that's doing my follow-up care and treatments (chelation, etc.)--they filmed two of my appointments with Dr. Gonino--and they have him showing my systemic silicone poisoning results! Both doctors spoke up against the dangers of breast implants! And they did it on camera! I honestly think the episodes will be extremely well-done.....I just hope I did a good enough job representing the hundreds, thousands of " victims " ! Take care everyone! Guest guest
That is really awesome, and just to let you know, even if I am a little older than the typical MTV viewer,Being 39,I do watch allot of their stuff mostly cause I love music and videos, and esp in the am's when getting ready for work, but also I watch alot of the True Life series they have on and think it is really a well done show that is very factualy done. I have a great feeling about this Kacey and think it was awesome that you sacrificed some of your personal life for the sake of others! GOOD FOR YOU GIRL YOU GO !
