Guest guest
Is anyone else having problems with their N-5 romote? I had told my audiologist that my remote will show a processor with a line going through it and that is suppose to mean my coil isn't attached, when it really is. My Audiologist said yes, that was a common problem. To contact cochlear Americas. I did they replaced a coil to see if that would work then they replaced my remote. But it still does it. Now I am wondering if anybody else might be having the same problem and know a fix. It is a real puzzle why it does it. Wanda
Guest guest
No, that is not a coil indcator. The picture with a processor with a line going through it means either the processor is turned off or the processor is out of range. In some sititions I have to move the remote closer to the implant in order to fuction. A yellow picture of the coil means that the coil is not talking or attached with the internal implant. > > Is anyone else having problems with their N-5 romote?
