Guest guest
And isnt it amazing how different women need different lifts, and things as we are all different? I think you look great and I agree, you need an experienced ps to help you be the best you can be. With any other doc, I would have been chop shop! Love (Ps I hate my weight, I cant believe I even told anyone! Its so not me ever) ----- Original Message ----- From: naturalbeauty38 Sent: Saturday, December 13, 2003 1:17 AM Subject: Re: re: weight and stuff! I am sorry girl I guess I misunderstood you about the weight thing, but that is all the more impressive to have that low of body fat at 160 pounds! I mean let me tell ya about my body fat when I first moved to Idaho 2 1/2 years ago i joined the gym and they weighed me and I was 127 pounds and my body fat was 21 1/2 % so that is funny because the last time I had it checked in April I think, it was 19% and I weighed 123 pounds, so it just goes to show ya that the weight does not always tell the story. I mean I weighed only 4 pounds less but my fat % was 2 1/2 % lower. Who knows what the deal is there right? I know I am happier to be buffed and have the muscle tone that to weigh less and be flabbier!Anyhow your tall too so that makes a huge difference in the amount of weight you can carry and still look good!I am glad that your lift worked out well for your body type. I am really happy with mine as well, my pre implant breasts were totally saggy and nothing but skin really so I don't think anything other than the full lift would have worked for me, I am just glad to not have any crease scars cause with my tiny boobs they would probably not look too good!hugs<juliejp61@m...> wrote:> , my body fat is 22% But I want to correct you, Im not 140 now, Iused to be with lower body fat, Im almost 160 girl! I realy don't look like it though, Id say I look like 140. I mean I'm a size 11/12 but I really hold that size in. My grandma says I'm sold weight. I really am, Dr Mercola will feel my biceps and laugh, he says with my firmness and muscles, I should be a twig (not funny to me) > Anyway, I know it is from all the working out, although I have gained, its like I kept it firm. At my weight I should be larger. I joined curves to try something totally different. AS I always have, but it is 30 min (I do 45 though) of cardio, then you jump on a resistance machine, then cardio for another 30 sec, then jump on another machine. You do this in a circle until all the resistance machines (about 15) have been used twice. On alternating days, to give muscles a rest form resistance or weight bearing, I jog, sprint run on the treadmill for 45 minutes, or do Austins tapes, or Taibo. I only take Sunday off, and boy do I look forward to it! Anyway, Curves measures you every thirty days, weighs you ,and also takes body fat%.Then they give you a print out on total loss. The lady that runs it, PAm says as hard as I work out I should be losing a lot fast, but with the thyroid and all, its common to go much slower. But I will focus on the little things, right? I forgot to mention I did lose 2 pounds in fat, and gained a pound in pure muscle. There isnt a sauna there, but I so every other nnight take a steaming (kinda like hydotherapy) hot hot bath in salts, until Im ready to throw up! I sweat a lot, and cant wait to get out! I try to sit in it for 20 minutes.> About posting on explantation.com, I have always wanted to, but didn't want to jump the gun (And wasted mentally able for a while) but wanted to wait about a year (I'm there now) to post my story to list all the differences I had seen in that year. I wasn't feeling better at all right away like you, some things, but it took a while. I will get something together, and email you/ I really wanted to have a good story. So I waited. It wasn't all that good for a while. I will though, Im getting there. -- Original Message ----- > From: naturalbeauty38 > > Sent: Thursday, December 11, 2003 12:05 PM> Subject: re: weight and stuff!> > > Wow ya know 22% body fat is really really good girl.
