Hi Mo, In my 40 yrs of electronics I fined that connection points are more than

75% of the problems. With the Mag Loop Coil firmly attached, gently tap the ends

of the cable to see if your sound cuts out Most units I see are one piece (no

connectors). You all likely could just have a bad connection at the battery.

I have the Freedom Processor.Lately,I'm having a problem with magnet

connection.Adjusting the magnet,clockwise,or counterclockwise,makes no

difference.Moving my head,suddenly the sound goes off,then,on.I'm

wondering,could it be the cord is getting old??

Wayne,I followed your instructions,you are right. Tomorrow, I'll call

Kaiser,to see if I can get a new cord. I shall keep you posted,regards,Moses
